Tri-City Pools is owned and operated by Clayton Acosta. Clayton has over 30 years of pool experience. Tri-City Pools specializes in heated saltwater inground pools. This can be a new install, rebuild of an old pool, or maybe just a new liner!Whatever the case Tri-City Pools is the most honest, hard-working pool company you will find around the Capital Region. Clayton is the guy other pool companies call to complete the job because they cannot find the right help! Clayton is also a certified Scuba diver, meaning no need to drain your pool if it needs to be repaired
