Booked a stay in this property based on reviews that it was so clean and new. Arrived to find lobby, first floor hallway, and our room interior in some kind of remodel state (opened up walls, exposed outlets, missing floor boards). None of this was mentioned by the hotel website, 3rd party review sites, any emails prior to arrival - nor by front desk as they checked us into our room to absorb what felt like unsafe conditions for families (and pets). We reported this to front desk immediately, and they did not provide suitable alternatives options (only that our dissatisfaction had been passed on to management). Given the hour and city-wide occupancy, we had no choice but to stay. Seeking some kind of customer service measure took multiple conversations with multiple staff over multiple days, and a follow up call after departure; we then learned that half our stay had been comped. While that gesture is appreciated and appropriate, staff and management need to adjust reservations, manage guest communications, and provide better, earlier information to guests when renos/repairs are underway.

It is a new and clean hotel, though very bland and industrial, surrounded by businesses and similarly bland and and industrial high-density housing. I stayed in a suite that had practically a full kitchen with even silverware and cookware and such, with a living room area and a bedroom probably bigger than the one I have at home.The mystery or mix-up that irked me a bit on this trip was the fact that individual rooms do not have laundry machines, despite what is seen in one photo here on TripAdviser (see attached photo - which I now have to assume was maybe taken at a another of their locations). I assumed based on that photo and seeing laundry generally mentioned as a perk (they do have a laundry room, which didn't seem very often used), which I should have called but was in a rush when I made some of my travel arrangements.What I would count as an actual negative is the receptionist I checked in with the first night of my stay was not terribly friendly and was even texting on her phone while I was trying to talk with her (petite, glasses, dark hair, if I had to guess, Hispanic), including when I expressed confusion over the laundry mix-up. She also doesn't stay behind the desk - you have to ring a bell to get her come out from a backroom and actually help you.A much friendlier woman (shortish, black hair and also glasses, but Asian) assisted me with checkout at the same time she was dealing with some self-important business guy type who apparently didn't realize you can talk to someone on a cell phone without using the Speaker Phone function.I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone on a tight budget, but there are certainly far more expensive places in the area.

Everhome Suites Temecula has been incredibly helpful for us while we are relocating. The location is very convenient, close to many restaurants and wineries. They offer once a week housekeeping service, a fitness studio, and a laundry area, which makes long stays much easier.The staff are always polite and welcoming, and the hotel is dog friendly, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is also very affordable for anyone preparing to move into their new home, just like us.Thank you so much to the team for making our stay pleasant and stress free.

I just want to recommend this hotel for the service and flexibility the management staff especially Anna L in management are really good at responding to the needs of the guests. I had an incident take place where I needed to make some changes to my reservation and Anna was instrumental in making that happen and really considering my family and what our needs were. I can't say enough about the management on site thank you Anna In customer service management

Anna, who assisted us with the check-in process, was exceptional! The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was functional, equipped with a microwave, sink, dishwasher, and electric stove, providing all the essentials we needed.
