Excellent Staff, they go above and beyond. The food is great, the bartenders are really friendly.

The only good thing about this hotel was the price that was paid, and that is it. I received a very unwelcoming greeting from the front desk. She acted as if I was actually bothering her by checking in. Received my room key, and I was on the 6th floor. The hotel has a slight odor, which could be because it is a bit dated and may need the carpet to be changed, as pets are welcome. I had to end up going back downstairs because no one was answering at the front desk. While I was waiting to speak with the clerk, I stepped over to the vending area to grab a drink. I paid for it and went back to the desk and requested a shuttle for the next morning, and she stated it was first come first serve and that it comes every hour on the hour, and then told me I needed to pay for my drink. I told her I did pay for it because it had a self-checkout. The next morning, I went to check out around 6:50 am and asked what time I should expect the shuttle. She stated it was out front. I went out front and walked around both sides of the hotel looking for the shuttle. No shuttle waited an additional 15 min because the night before I was told it comes on the hour, which was a complete lie. So beware, this is a budget hotel, and they show you as such.

The good, upper class indoor atrium where all rooms look over a restaurant and bar inside. Beds are comfortable and turndown service does a great job. Rooms have decent amenities (fridge, coffee, TV) and are spacious. The things holding this back are mainly due to the building showing it's age and updates needed. 1) AC cannot keep up during the day. If you're expecting to have a cold room, this isn't it. It does catch up enough at night to be cool and sleepable.2) Water fixtures need updating and maintenance. I've had to play with the water tank on the toilet multiple times to make sure the tank fills after a flush. Water faucets are incredibly hard to turn on or off. Shower valve on tub you dang near have to pull so hard up to switch from shower to tub, it feels like you will break it. Shower water value is broke so it can fully spin freely.3) While we were here, the pool was recently filled and cold. Hot tub was empty, and kids pool was empty. No towels anywhere on the pool deck.4) Breakfast is only 2 hours (6-8am) and bar closes at 10.

This was one of the hotels our airline gave us to choose from when flight was delayed. Next time I might choose to sleep in the airport. The highlight: The bed was very comfortable, sheets smelled and appeared very clean, bed was made well, & no signs of any critters. The key their restaurant open an additional hour, with a limited menu, for the many of us that were stranded & that staff was very nice & accommodating. Nice big window that overlooks the lobby. Have airport shuttle that runs on the hour but it is FCFS. The non-highlights: the thinnest 1 ply TP known to man; carpet older than my great-great grandparents with all kinds of bunched up padding; peeling paint; no direct electronic charging ports; can hear your neighbor utilize water; check in ever so slow with 1 person. Towels threadbare.Unfortunately, this hotel had the best reviews of all the ones we had to choose from which the airlines gave us. Not saying much, and next time I will use my trip travel insurance to stay in a different hotel.

Stayed here a night as a result of a flight delay causing me to miss a connecting flight. Called to get info on the airport shuttle and Dioselina walked me through were to go and was really helpful. When I arrived I couldn't believe she was working the front desk by herself on a Saturday night. Despite the growing line of guests to check in and frequent calls about the shuttle service, Dioselina was patient, professional, and poised.
