HPCO's mission is to create opportunities to empower the Harvey Park and Harvey Park South communities through education programs, social events, and philanthropic activities. HPCO empowers our neighborhood through a variety of programs and services. We offer scholarships to deserving high school students, helping them achieve their educational goals. HPCO keeps you informed with a comprehensive neighborhood newsletter and fosters community spirit by hosting engaging events like the July 4th Bike Parade and the Holiday Lighting Displays. We also recognize guest speakers who share valuable knowledge with our community.
