Eddie was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced. I called him on a semi-emergency when my garage door opener failed and he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. He took the time and attention to explain several other things wrong with the garage door, including pointing out a bent track, warped rollers, and deficient spring (which explains why I'd had trouble opening my door manually all these years). He explained the problems, provided options, and applied no pressure. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any garage door installations and repairs.
