We visited the park on 4/9/26, and although the park was not too busy (this was great), there seemed to be an inadequate staff to man all the actvites. The checkin person was solo and manning two sections: ticketing and events checking. He was great. However, I want to expressly compliment the customer service of all the employees, but I'd like to call out mainly two staff members.Tiana was helpful and pleasant. Jett had a challenging customer who was stuck on the ropes course and would not budge. There was a line forming, but Jett, with great sensitivity and gentleness, helped the customer to cross the obstacle. On the other hand, the soap dispensers are tricky to use, and the instructions are not very helpful. I wish that the requirement to wear shoes in the ball pit to be placed at the bottom so that kids don't go up the stairs in their socks, only to have to come down to get their shoes. The ropes course instructor was great, but her instructions were drowned out by the music. It was hard to hear her.Otherwise, the experience was great, and we look forward to coming back again.

This is a really neat place with quite a few activities inside. It was not too crowded the Friday we went as well. The only financial negative is that the basic blue or green package include limited activities. The rock climbing and adventure type zipline course are all add ons. We got the blue package which included sledding, enclosed rope climbing, bumper cars, bounce pad, and blast ball shooting.
