Clean rooms well maintained property. Food and drinks were good at the hotel bar. Victoria took very good care of us at the front desk and made sure we were informed about all of the dining options in the area.

Easy location. Comfortable and modern rooms. The stand out was the experience we had at check in. We had been traveling 13 hrs with another couple and with dogs. The second we walked through the dent door we were greeted immediately with a warm friendly and welcoming smile from Victoria. I was exhausted after a long day and poss alittle crabby from a long travel day. As soon as I saw her smile my stress level reduced. She had patience and was very helpful. She helped us with the parking, showed us good places to eat, and gave our dogs water. Even though we were concerned about a slobbery water mess she went and got water for the dogs. She said not to worry about any mess because she has a mop. Very thoughtful since dogs were thirsty. We went to our room and it was beautiful and very comfortable. Top notch. We decided to eat down stairs in the bar . We had a grilled cheese sandwich with beef brisket. Is was very good. Again we experienced great customer service. Very grateful for the warm welcome after a long day traveling. 5 stars is not enough. Victoria made our stay exceptional. So great that we booked another Origin hotel the next night in Colorado. Thank you for going above and beyond. It was noticed and appreciated.

Terrible service. I requested receipts and the response time was terrible. I spoke to this gentleman who claimed he was the manager multiple times. I sent emails and nothing. I won’t be returning.

Super friendly & helpful staff, fun decor, clean rooms, great location, wonderful view. Need a better mattress for the bed. I slept in a divet and was sore the entire next day. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel except for the mattress.

Overall great experience! Very nice and new hotel. Also our car died and Juan a worker at the hotel helped us jump start our car! Can’t thank Juan enough! Great customer service!
