An authentic Liège Waffle Homecrafted in Altoga TX as an homage to the TRUE King of Waffles the Liège Waffle or “Street Waffle” found in many a Friterie in Belgium. I grew up in Belgium and have lived there on 3 separate occasions for over 12 years and this Waffle is the one item I can readily just get at a store or shop down in Dallas…it is one of the things I miss most from my time in Belgium (except for the awesome gregarious nature of Belgians themselves) and you just can’t get them here in N. Texas until now. We are a small Cottage Industry based family ran Beteran owned business who plans to do business right her or in coordination with the surrounding cities.
