Promise as a service provider: My promise as a service provider at Genesis One Financial Group is to be humble when interacting with my clients. Being a service provider doesn’t mean that all you have to do is get the job done. I tailor each conversation and situation based on my client’s needs to ensure that they leave satisfied. I realize that I may have to deal with need-to-know, unhappy, or even rude clients but I will always set my pride aside, value their efforts to patronize my business, and do my job the best way that I know how. Too often we hear about the unprofessional experiences over the talent. I would rather just be humble. That’s the difference between small business and major business and if you can’t understand that aspect then you may not be ready yet. 1000 rules that make you inaccessible and difficult to do business with is insane, especially when you aspire to grow. Social media has more than enough people feeling like celebrities instead of services providers. I’m doing this for the smile on my customer’s face!
