can not get in contact with anyone regarding my account, yet, they keep adding on late fees to my yearly dues! Horrible communication!!!!! or actually, very little. No return calls or emails.

I pay $335.00 monthly to Blue Arrow PM which claims to provide landscaping and snow remova. I contacted the manager for our condo association on 01/26/2026, to ask when our snow would be removed....

Blue Arrow is getting ridiculous. The door on B building wouldn't be broken, as it is now, if our current inept maintenance man knew what he was doing. I first reported the damage to the door...

The water was shutoff while I was in the shower no notice. Just boom no water. All people want is know the days and times of water shut offs ahead of time.
