Choosing a lawyer to handle your case is an important decision and there are many lawyers who will likely want to handle your case. So what should you look for when choosing a lawyer? It is our opinion that first and foremost you should hire a lawyer you can trust, and is responsive to your case. Our office is run by our six attorneys, Nick David, Michelle David, Cooper Overstreet, Nick Hayes, and John W. Kerns. That means you speak directly to an experienced attorney from the first call you make to the office and throughout your case. Our five attorneys have a wide range of legal knowledge and experience to guide you through a case and advocate for you. Learn more about each of them on the attorney profile page. Call 785-380-7702 to speak with us, free of charge, to see if we are the right lawyers for your case.
