This place is absolutely awful. We are currently staying here and the fire alarm has gone off 3 times and the front desk has done absolutely nothing to fix the situation. We had to call the fire department ourselves. I would never recommend to stay here. Just awful. So so awful.

This hotel is lovely and modern. The location is close to just about everything. The room was very clean and completely stocked for everything you need. Underground parking is a must and should be reserved at the time you reserve the room. Convenient elevator from the parking garage. As older travelers, we found the seating was not optimal. We could have used supportive seating options such as a traditional couch and side chair. Our room didn't have a dining table and so other than the office, there was no place to comfortably sit. The existing couch was soft and cozy but very challenging to rise from or to scroll on the computer. We hope to return to the Dylin again and this time, we will know to ask for a room with a table and not an office.

Wonderful value with private parking, well -appointed rooms, washer/dryer, kitchen. Compared to other options in Madison with similar ammenities, this was cleaner, and a step up in the quality of funiture/decor. Be ready for a check-in similar to an AirBnB. You are provided with an entry code for the garage and your room. No line to wait in at a front desk. It was all so easy. Great experience. Excellent location.

Had a great stay with my sister. Easy walk to the Overture. Loved being able to eat dinner and get ready together. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Dylan in one of their 3rd floor units after a show downtown. There is street parking, but we decided to pre-pay for indoor heated parking when we made the reservation. So easy to check it with codes. (Note: If you are not used to code check-ins, you must read directions carefully, and check your junk mail after you book-in case confirmations end up there. I had a question before our check in, and after texting their service number, I received an answer in 5 minutes.) The unit was spotless, and looked brand new, with unique, modern furnishings, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, charging ports, and even a partial view of the state Capital. Very quiet, and peaceful. This Dylan is an excellent alternative to your typical hotel, while immersing yourself in a great Madison neighborhood downtown.
