Loved the classes as a new way to keep fit that’s not high impact. I’m quite fit and there are sequences in the workouts that really challenged my cardio.It does take a couple of classes to get into the rhythm and get your equipment on quickly.The team there are super invested in making sure you get the most out of class and enjoy it.I love it as an add to my fitness routine, it’s different to my normal workout so the variety keeps fitness interesting and it works my body in ways my normal routine doesn’t.
