Room was clean. Shower was very odd-a capsule/bubble enclosed situation. Hard to take a shower. Couldn’t understand the desk clerk. She talked too fast. The hotel online booking was cheaper than having the clerk do our reservation. No ice bucket in room. My husband had to go to the desk clerk and was given a plain white bucket. No cover. When asked about it, she just shrugged. There was only 1 ice machine. That was in the first floor. Breakfast substandard: powered eggs, no half and half, coffee machine didn’t work. We will not be back.

For s last minute reservation the Garner by IHG was a nice place to stay the night. The room was clean. The breakfast was all a person could eat. Great staff and service

Overall, the hotel looks nice. The pool could use some cleaning, and don’t get me started on the “whirlpool”. The gym has outdated equipment that runs on your pedal or running power. The treadmill is alright, though. The rooms are nice. I got third floor, has a nice view. Beds and pillows are good, but the comforters are a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, except for the eggs. They had a weird stringy texture. Overall, a good stay.

Other than the tv needing to be fixed & not a single charging port it was ok for one night. It turned out to be an accessible room with a large shower. Hope it was just hard water stains. The usual breakfast selections. I’d stay here again if I was passing through.
