My friends and I took a quick trip to Detroit for a show. It happened to be a bit sports weekend too (Tigers, Michigan, and Lions games). The registration staff were friendly and very helpful. A highlight of our time was the lobby bar staff, namely Marlowe. He is a stellar bartender and a great conversationalist! We’d come back just to hang out with him!!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. First time in Detroit, and the everyone was so kind and hospitality. My room was nice, clean, and spacious. Shar, Front Desk Receptionist, really made a huge impact on my stay at AC. Her energy and wonderful personality really brought a positive experience to my stay. She was so friendly, hospitality, and accommodating. She definitely went proactively above and beyond to make sure I had a great say at the hotel. I definitely am looking forward to coming back.

Great Hotel Extremely kind staff and clean facilities. Joy and Daia took great care of us in the restaurant. Joy is a wonderful chef and will modify orders to suit our dietary wishes. Daia offered efficient table service. Congratulations to both of them.

Upon arrival Shar made our check in seamless. She was genuinely excited for our upcoming experience in Detroit. Shar answered all our questions and had some great suggestions of things to see and do.The hotel was very clean and inviting. We had two rooms that were very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast offerings were delicious. The rooftop bar had wonderful views of the city.All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it easy to get around the city.I would definitely stay at the AC Hotel again and definitely recommend.

Another great experience at the AC. Shar at the front desk was super friendly and ready to help! Carlos was also super helpful! Note, the breakfast buffet was better on past visits.
