I have 50 years in martial arts with the last 40 years specializing in the Chinese internal arts of yang and chen styles of tai chi, ba gua zhang and xingyi chuan. I also teach various meditation and chi gung methods. I only teach people over the age of 16. My specialty is senior citizens with balance and cognitive issues. I teach both classes for seniors and general public.
