The most rudest employees ever. Everyone here walks around with a 'too good for you' attitude, they don't even crack a smile or say 'hi'. They don't even both to greet with you our chat with you....

I agree with all of the comments. I even went to the one in San Diego...Same lack of interest in helping anyone. I mean, so far, no matter which store I've walked into...it appears they've done me...

Terrible quality even worse customer service. They'll make mistakes and then make those mistakes your problem to fix! Worst customer service - they agree that they are at fault but don't ba e even...

They have great pieces, however this particular store was unfair and didn't do right by me as a customer. The management should be fired.
