I am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International and have also completed training with he Catholic Doula Program. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support as well as spiritual encouragement starting during pregnancy and continuing throughout labor, birth, and postpartum. I understand the sacredness and miracle of life, viewing each birth as a gift from God. My faith serves as a foundation for my care, as I embrace the principles of compassion, grace, and respect.
