Although Fluffy Fluffy is a franchise, each cafe is individually owned and operated. My number one goal is to provide the best experience possible. I truly hope you enjoy our Japanese souffle pancakes as well as our other desserts and brunch offerings. While it's almost impossible, I will try to meet and get to know everyone that comes through our door.
