Newport Charcuterie specializes in gourmet charcuterie boards, luxury grazing tables, corporate & private events, catering, and more — for the moments that bring us together. Born and raised in Newport Beach, Alyssa Paine found the spark for Newport Charcuterie while on vacation in Italy — no money in her account, sipping an Aperol Spritz, and dreaming about creating something of her own. She flew home, bet on herself, and started building from scratch. Three years later, Newport Charcuterie has become Southern California’s premier grazing brand — featured on HGTV’s Flip or Flop, with a growing team and a full commercial kitchen. Today, as a new mom to baby Beckham, Alyssa continues to pour that same creativity and care into every board — crafting pieces that leave a lasting impression at every table.
