I stayed at WoodSpring Suites Greeley for 10 nights and honestly couldn’t fault my stay. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different.The biggest asset to this hotel is definitely the staff. Cara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Give that girl a raise! Len, the manager, was also fantastic, and all of the ladies working at the front desk were so kind and accommodating throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcome.Yes, you do need to ask for additional towels, but that’s simply how the hotel operates, and for the price you pay, it’s hardly an issue. The value for money is excellent, especially if you’re staying for an extended period.The hotel was comfortable, the staff genuinely cared, and I always felt looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.Thank you, Cara, Len, and all the girls on the front desk for making my stay such a positive one. I can’t wait to come back!

I paid in advance 1600.00 they found paraphanelia in room that had not been used to smoke but in fact was found in dumpster, the day before. They kicked me out and kept 1100 in service not rendered monies. After 30 days and money request, a demand letter still refuse to refund unearned monies. Small claims court next month why you gotta jerk your customers for monies you didn't earn.

We checked in for a four night stay. Our booking was through Expedia. After the first night, we came back to following afternoon to find that allof the stuff in our room was moved. Most of it put in garbage bags. Including my wallet, we had a soda in the refrigerator andthey threw that out as well and never replaced it. They indicated they had some problem in their system, but had to be prompted to provide an apology and did not immediately say we’re going tofix this for you. The general manager is obviously inexperienced and rude. Her staff is rude. Anyone who stays at this hotel is an absolute idiot. Avoid it at all cost.

Woodsprings in Greeley should be avoided at all cost. Dirty Rooms, Rude Staff and Management should stick to stocking shelves and not expose themselves to the general public. Kerra the AGM and Lynn the GM are two of the rudest people that Woodsprings could find to run their hotel to the ground

This hotel should be avoided by ALL expenses! Absolutely AWFUL in ALL aspects! The staff is terrible, uncaring, and uneducated on proper customer service and procedures! They charge for everything!! No soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, no housekeeping(making the traveler to take care of your trash, linens, towels etc. Each room has a kitchenette, however there again you must purchase cookware, plates, forks, knives, etc. you get the pictures! Hours on end there was NO-ONE at their front desk. They did have a bell to ring however NO-ONE was there to assist you. No ice makers, NOTHING!!! If you need a hotel stay away from CHOICE HOTELS, and find the closest Wyndham Brand to stay at!!!
