I am an Occupational Therapist specializing in working with adults in the comfort of their homes. I help people increase their safety and become independent in daily activities despite injury or illness. I have extensive experience in home modification, wheelchair and durable medical equipment needs, working with people living with chronic and acute illness including neurological conditions and many types of dementia. Through “Skills 2 Care” I help caregivers care for themselves as well as the person living with a condition. I have a mobile outpatient clinic, I take Medicare Part B (no homebound status needed), out of network cover for many other insurances and private pay.
