We went to this club after we got free tickets for Zed concert from a promoter on the strip . The tickets said the concert was at 3pm so we were there at 2:45. But when we went to check in the girl told us that the tickets were free no more because it was too close to starting time and we had to pay the cover charge . We tried to explain to her that our tickets said 3pm but she refused to listen to us and started screaming at us like crazy, she was so rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience, she made us feel so bad. We tried to talk to other employees but everyone was so rude, I hated the experience. I will never go back to this place. Avoid it! It’s the worst !!

LADIES - If a host or promoter has promised you a table here DO NOT GO. THEY ARE MOST LIKELY LYING. Gabriel (gabe) Aguilar promised me and some co-workers a table. He sent a text to show up at 12;30. When we got there he ignored me (go figure)I have been to plenty of tables and NEVER have i EVER had someone falsely promise me and my friends. We come in prepared to buy food/appetizers and spend much but instead, we get scammed. I hope NO ONE steps foot into this club again.

I attended the grand opening of the Palm Tree Beach Club today, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The venue was severely lacking in basic amenities. There was nowhere to sit down, and despite not being allowed to place my belongings on the floor, there was also no designated area to stand comfortably with my things. This made for an immediately uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. The customer service was appalling, particularly at the bar. One bar lady with long hair pulled back in a ponytail, working in the middle section of the bar, was unbelievably rude. She was not wearing a name tag, making it impossible to identify her officially at the time.Despite the advertised free drink promotion from 1 PM to 2 PM, this same bar lady refused to serve me when I approached during this time. She stated that she was prioritizing paying customers and that I would have to wait. I waited patiently for over half an hour, during which time she acknowledged me with a dismissive, Are you still waiting for me to serve you? I told you I am not serving you. When I politely inquired why I was being refused service during the free drink promotion, her response was shocking. She explicitly stated it was because I was not paying her a tip. After my continued polite insistence, she finally begrudgingly served me, but not before throwing the drink down in front of me. To add insult to injury, it wasn't even the drink I had requested.I left the Palm Tree Beach Club feeling incredibly upset and frustrated by the blatant rudeness and lack of service. When I attempted to inquire about how to make a formal complaint, no one at the venue was able or willing to assist me.Overall, my experience at the Palm Tree Beach Club's grand opening was a complete disaster. The lack of seating, the dismissive and rude behavior of the bar staff, and the inability to even lodge a complaint make this a place I would strongly advise others to avoid. They clearly have significant issues with customer service and basic hospitality.
