The park is located close to the White House on Pennsylvania Ave. The small park has a very interesting war memorial which is a wall of carvings. The water feature in front of the wall was quite nice and made the monument look more interesting. The other end of the park had a statue of John Pershing, whom the park is named after. Although small, I thought it was a nice memorial, particularly the wall.
