Hello, Everyone I am Chef C, born and raised in miami, Fl. I recently reside in Oceanside, California. I been a Chef for the last 14 years my experience has comes from all parts of the culinary world. Hotels, restaurants, stadium suites, retirement homes and now I manage my own personal Chef Business. Cooking is therapeutic for me, so I don't mind doing it alday if I have to. I like to challenge myself and never try to make the same dish twice. I love learning others people food culture and customizing my own version of it. With my influences over the year I have become very knowledgeable and can execute any dish.
