One of my recent best hotel stays - great location with easy access to a nice grocery store (across the street) and food. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on, super clean, wifi fast and easy to connect, friendly staff. Nice shower amenities, hot water good.Had a breakfast package and it was ordered from a waitress and super delicious.Would def. return my next time in this area.

We stayed one night during our road trip. Since we got in late, we didn’t get exactly what we wanted, which was a double bed room, but Brody, the front desk attendant was able to get us a bigger room to accommodate us. This is a new hotel and our room was very clean providing a restful stay. The exercise equipment in the corner of the room was a nice touch as was the nice smelling shampoo and body wash. Some of the ones provided during our road trip at other hotels lacked any fragrance. No free breakfast, but there’s a restaurant on premises.

Don't stay here for business stays. They meter the wifi and you can't do wifi calling, carry a zoom call or even send emails for attachments. The staff may then tell you its your phone not realizing the difference from their actual wifi ( supposedly free but metered restriction) and mobile network connectivity. It's impossible to work from the hotel. Separately, it is a dead zone for Tmobile-Att&T tower so when the hotel's restricted Wifi refuses to allow you to connect or work reasonably, if you have either of these phone carriers, you may miss calls, texts and also have trouble sending emails from your phone, using google maps, ordering food etc. You might as well be camping off the GRID. But your'e in Beaverton on business. It's a nightmare. It is a true connectivity nightmare exacerbated by total corporate cheapness. Is the hotel new? Yes. But proceed with caution. The first room I was assigned had broken or never connected outlets from the bed conduit so my phone never charged over night. Half of the hotel rooms are on a busy, loud road where people accelerate up a hill at all hours of the day and night and the windows were'nt sealed properly. So now you might as well be camping on the side of a road, on a hill. It was so loud it was hard to get to sleep and I was awoken many times throughout the night. The staff who work here are exceptionally nice and helpful but all of the above are not things they can help or fix for you during your stay. I was moved to another room during my week long stay with working outlets and off the loud road. I really appreciated that. Having to go to the gym up the street to send emails, photos or make a clear calll? all still make this property a no until the GM turns off the metered, so called free and only availalble wifi at the hotel it's too cheap and could you be ok on a short, leisure related stay? sure. If you have any business to conduct, or need people to be able to reach you? or if you need to sleep and roll the dice and get put in a road side room? You will be hurting. Avoid for business stays at all costs.

We were in the area and needed one night and ran across this new hotel in the area. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we were very pleased with our stay! There is a restaurant/bar on site, which is very convenient. Parking is free. Would stay again if we are in the area again.
