We had a corporate name change to Polaris Medical Group, PA recently but we still offer: Medical weight loss, primary care, hormone therapy (men & women), vitamin injections (B12, Lipomino, MICC, immunity boost), school and nursing physicals and we are now also offering skin care aesthetics (Botox).
