The style of yoga pushes you and challenges your strength and flexibility while also having relaxing and spiritual aspects. The instructor for this class, Luke, does an amazing job. I always leave feeling better than I have after any other yoga class. Not to mention the studio itself is beautiful.

This class was excellent. The teacher is very knowledgable and experienced. The class may be a little fast paced for beginners, but he is extremely receptive of this and of any injuries that may prevent a student from pushing themselves. I would highly recommend trying Ashtanga if you haven't!!
