I am here to help you build/renovate your dream home the affordable way. I work with you as your partner and save you thousands and thousands that you would normally pay a General Contractor. My process is simple - I get paid a flat fee to assist you with your construction project. Together you and I select the team that will get the project complete. I assist from architectural design, permitting, interior design (if needed), inspections and all the rest of the subcontractors required to get the job done. You and I together will secure the contracts for all parties and there will be complete transparency with all building costs. I make NO money off the subcontractors - just from my flat fee. I will also fight hard against subcontractor change orders which the General Contractors make a fortune from on every job. I am available at your convenience and never charge for a consultation. I look forward to assisting with your Dream Home. Thanks - Ben Danzi 848-234-7838
