Hiring a property manager is almost as easy as just turning over the keys and collecting a check each month:) We would handle every aspect from finding a great tenant for your home, getting them settled in, and making sure everything goes smooth during their lease. We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. There are many choices when it comes to choosing a property management company, so we appreciate you considering ours. It's a great compliment when someone trusts us to look after such a valuable asset, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.
