We decided to grab lunch at Flock, and my bf wanted something from here. He got the Baby Dragon Bao/Soup Dumpling and Chengdu Choshu (chili oil wontons). They were decent, but not above average.

Brown sugar boba had yummy flavor! Soup dumplings were good with the chili and soy sauce. The shrimp ones were not my favorite, and the texture was very rough. I don't think I'd eat here again.
