From the team behind Heritage Barbecue, Le Hut Dinette is bringing a reimagined diner experience to Santa Ana. Helmed by executive chef Ryan Garlitos—whose culinary pedigree includes Michelin- starred Taco María, Irenia, and Mario’s Butcher Shop—Le Hut Dinette is taking cues from classic American diner fare to delicatessen staples, using seasonal, local ingredients, along with nods to Garlitos’s Filipino-American heritage. Nestled within the striking confines of a converted Quonset hut, Le Hut Dinette is part of Santa Ana Diesel, a vibrant new retail and dining project that includes bakery phenom 61 Hundred Bread. The arched structure, with its sweeping floor-to-ceiling glass windows, bathes the space in natural light, creating an inviting and airy ambiance.

MoreThe chili cheese fries were no joke. High quality chili, well-seasoned fries, garnished perfectly with cheese, pepperocinis and thinly sliced onions. The Santa Maria slam, the breakfast potatoes...
