My name is Travis Lussier Owner and Pitmaster of Mel-T BBQ. We are a family-owned husband and wife team. We specialize in South Texas Style BBQ with a Cali twist, using different dry rub seasonings and smoking our meats and a few sides, low and slow in our stick burner, better known as our smoker, while using red oak and mesquite wood.
