My passion, as a faith rooted doula, is to help mommas and family,throughout their pregnancy, labor & birth, postpartum. To be well informed so they can advocate for themselves.We create a birth plan, and a back up plan, in case there is an emergency, therefore mommas are in charge no matter the outcome, and making well informed choices for their body, their birth and their baby, from beginning to end. I show mommas and family different exercises & stretching, breathing exercises, the partner also is informed on how to be there for momma, I don’t replace the partners place, but I can be as hands on as desired, or guiding you through, knowing more than anything, that having their partner by their side, is more than enough .I also offer photography packages, if desired, capturing beautiful memories.
