I bring a personal and empathetic understanding to every session, ensuring that support is not only professional but also deeply relatable. I believe in the power of support from someone who genuinely understands the journey as someone on the spectrum. My approach combines expert knowledge with firsthand experience, making me a trusted partner in my clients' journeys towards independence and fulfillment.  I help clients  to learn about more about: behavior challenges,  identify triggers, sensory issues, learn how to decompress (when and why it's needed), picky eaters, social skills, help with IEP’s and 504’s and educational goals, tantrums, sleeping issues, anger/aggression, executive functioning, irritability, hyperactivity, short attention span, impulsivity, aggression, low motivation, self-injurious behaviors, OCD type behaviors, relationships, work issues, self awareness, communication challenges/literalness, someone to talk to who "gets it," etc, and overall education and support for Neurodivergence.  I also see those who are in any kind of narcissistic relationship (at work, school, home, etc). I help educate you on how they behave and think and why.
