Outstanding experience. The staff on levels are top notch, professional and very responsive to guest needs and experience. I have been a frequent guest since the property openned and it still looks as new as Day 1. When travelling to Bozeman, the TownePlace should be a part of your itinerary whether staying or convenient when passing through.

Missed multiple marks on this trip. The hotel and rooms are clean. Problems: I did not receive the room that I reserved. I had to ask three desk managers for an iron that was missing from the room. The linens for the sofa sleeper were not in the room. They missed my 3rd day room refresh. There are many better hotel options around Bozeman. Choose a different hotel if you want at least the basic amenities.

Rooms are clean & new. Breakfast is dismal. Powdered eggs, toaster does not toast, sugary yogurt, over cooked sausage, very bitter coffee-all on the cheap cheap cheap. Had to ask for more forks & eggs to be put out.

We stayed here 1-night pre-safari and 1-night post-safari to Yellowstone National Park. The location was great a short 10-minute drive to/from Bozeman International Airport and an easy, beautiful drive to/from Yellowstone's North Entrance in Gardiner. The hotel's atmosphere felt quietly posh and the air was infused with a calming, pleasant aroma. We stayed in a King Studio Suite room pre-safari and were upgraded to a Two Bedroom Suite post-safari. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a full complement of cold and warm foods (waffles, scrambled eggs, fruits, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices, etc.). The service was exemplary and the value outstanding. We look forward to returning again next year!

Room was booked and key was made before they let me know I would be charged an additional 15.00 fee for parking security due to homeless problems. I let them know I did not appreciate being notified after booking and they agreed it wasn't a good policy, and stated they have yet to see any such security as long as they have worked there.
