The Ulster Arts Co. exists to offer our community a complete education inclusive of classical and fine arts. We aspire to ensure everyone in our community has access to high quality instruction in order to bridge the gaps left by traditional education systems. We strive to cultivate the passion, creativity, and self-expression that can only be found in the arts.
