I focus primarily on helping children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self esteem. I am also trained in EMDR. I hope to help your children and teens normalize the emotions they feel while also helping them learn coping strategies and alternative methods to overcoming difficulties. I strive to form individual connections so they recognize they are supported, heard, and feel safe. One of my priorities is ensuring that you, as parents, are involved and supported through the therapeutic process of your children.
