Our program offers Veterans a vocational and therapeutic pathway that creates sustainable, long-term reintegration solutions. By partnering with for-profit businesses in critical sectors like Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, and Technology we address both the needs of Veterans and America's broader employment shortage. This initiative provides immediate employment, on-site therapy, housing, and a community center, while preparing Veterans to thrive in their careers or even become Entrepreneurs. By leveraging this model, we can also address America's shrinking Agricultural sector by helping Veterans' step into roles that will ensure the continued growth of essential industries. Traditional Veterans' support organizations primarily offer welfare-based solutions, such as temporary housing and mental health services. While these are important, they do not create lasting change. Additionally, America is facing growing employment shortages in key sectors, due to an aging workforce and lack of replacement workers. Meanwhile, Veterans, a largely untapped workforce, struggle to reintegrate successfully into civilian life. We are thrilled to announce that the American Warriors Foundation has been granted tax-exempt status under IRS Section 501(c)(3), effective February 20, 2025 (EIN: 33-3549359).
