To identify any additional needs for students and their families, a certified community health worker conducts quarterly assessments. Our organization works closely with other local agencies and community organizations to provide additional resources to support needs such as food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, transportation, etc.   Our program has been successfully implemented as an alternative to traditional school suspension programs in the past by FullTimeFather LC. As a result of our program, students showed significant improvements in academics, attendance, discipline, and social performance instead of out-of-school suspension.  Our commitment to nurturing youth and developing leaders of tomorrow will help our community grow and prosper.
