I've been in the general contractor space since the 1980's where I worked with my father, a very accomplished GC, during my youth. I spent 5 years in building supplies, both retail and commercial, reading blueprints and quoting materials for all facets of new building construction. Over time I've been involved in new house construction and renovations, led teams building with materials as diverse as rammed earth, slipform rock and hempcrete, alongside conventional building materials in both the residential and commercial spaces.
