We have used Tripadvisor for the last 10 years and have taken more than 50 trips with them. Most of those trips have been terrific. On two occasions, however, the tour operator never showed up and Tripadvisor did absolutely nothing. I'm very disappointed in their level of customerservice. We have four current trips planned with them and I'm going to check into making other arrangements through our hotel Concierge.

1. If I could provide a negative experience I would. Your customer service team has no idea what they are speaking of. Your website is misleading what a horrible way to scam people. I was informed that the credits can only be used in US and I was provided with a link to terms. Terms do not outline anything related to transactions eligible only in US. I was provided an outside US number and some random website or business account o call. I did business with Travelocity and not some randomized international business. Lorenzo should be re trained or find another job. Travelocity should do better ! Horrible way to scam people.
