Gem's Sweets is a fusion comfort eats, and special events vendor. Our savories incorporate Asian, Texan, and Spanish types of cuisine. Our most popular item is our Texan rolls, which fuses smoked brisket or chicken fajita, an assorted blend of cheese and a secret veggie blend, wrapped and deep fried in egg roll paper. They're served with Duck or Sriracha sauce. We also feature our one of a kind cottage style gourmet cookies and brownies.
