For over 18 years, I practiced as a board-certified pediatrician, treating mental health and behavioral issues in kids and families. That clinical foundation, paired with my training as an International Master Addictions Coach (IMAC), means you get a coach who understands both the medicine and the mindset of recovery — a real, individualized plan built around your life, not a one-size-fits-all program. I work with clients on chemical addictions and process addictions — internet and social media, sex and pornography, gambling, gaming, food, work, and shopping — plus failure to launch and family/betrayed partner recovery.
