Maddy was amazing! She was so kind and patient with me, and her customer service was stellar!

Poor customer service on Tuesday 1/20/26 @ 11:30am. Girl was extremely unfriendly and rude. Asked a question and she acted like I was insane. The whole vibe was so weird the moment we walked in....

I purchased a pair of shorts. Washed them to wear. They came out covered in stains. Nothing else in load was. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't. I haven't even had them for 24 hours
