I went on this tour with a group of people from the conference I was attending. I normally wouldn't think to do this type of thing, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The tour combined local history with art in a unique way. I loved finding all the gorgeous tiles and walking around downtown really helped me get a sense of the area which made it easier to navigate for the rest of my trip. They gave us cards with images of all the tiles to be found and I got really into checking off each one to see how many I could spot. It made a wonderful souvenir too. They also have an etsy shop where you can buy jewelry with replicas of the tiles seen on the tour. I got a necklace with my favorite tile and I've got so many compliments on it in just the week since I got it. The guides were so friendly and informative and we laughed and had a blast. Highly recommended!

As a local to Santa Barbara I didn't think there was a way that I could go on a daycation and really re-experience my own city until I had the privilege of going on Santa Barbara tile walk! Are tour guide was so knowledgeable and answered every question with the same enthusiasm as they gave their narrated tour pointing out different portions of buildings and walkways that I had become blind to their artistic brilliance This tour combined information about artisans trade the development of Santa Barbara and ended with a private pop-up experience. This is a must for locals and tourists alike! Plus it's even dog friendly!
