Welcome to ShaPo LLC, a family-owned European catering company bringing the authentic flavors of Eastern and Western Europe to your table. Founded by two sisters -whose names form ShaPo - our Richmond-based business is inspired by generations of tradition, culinary passion, and family love. Raised by a mother with deep Eastern European roots and a professionally trained chef father, we grew up cooking together, learning to craft pierogies, blinis, and time-honored dishes from across Europe. At ShaPo, we specialize in homestyle European cuisine, offering full-service catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and celebrations of all sizes. While we're known for our delicious pierogies, crepes (blinis), and traditional pastries, our menu features a wide variety of Eastern European and Western European dishes- customized for your event. We are more than just food- we are about family, culture, and connection. Every dish is prepared with care and rooted in tradition, designed to bring people together. Whether you’re planning a special event or simply craving comfort food, ShaPo is here to bring the Taste of Europe to your next gathering. Let us share the warmth of our family’s table with yours.
