We had one towel and one hand towel to share between the two of us for 3 days and did not get any towels until the night before we were to leave, although we requested clean towels. Unacceptable.

When booking this motel on price line I had no idea it was a homeless encampment as well. The carpet floor was flooded with old water. There are holes in the ceiling in the front office. The room had sticky floors and sticky end tables. Since the elevator was broken upon arrival you had to walk the hall ways which smelled of urine and cigarettes. I noticed the two nights I stayed I would come back from walking my dogs and the back entry door was always open and I would assume from the encampment behind the motel is where the urine smell in the hallways happens. Everyone running the front desk was unprofessional and had an attitude when ever you spoke to them. There is an olderly lady that runs the front desk at night that seems to hate her job and will show it to customers. The only way I can express how this motel runs would be close to the Denver Rescue Misson. If you are able to afford any other motels in that area I would suggest to give it to a motel that cleans and keeps up the motel. The group of ladies that run the front desk Will have an attitude upon your arrival because they dont seem to be the type that like to work. Very aggressive and loud with paying customers. Save yourself some stress and stay at a motel thats clean and are friendly.
