Kind Start Preschool Preschool

Hi! I’m Sarah Pallat, and I’m passionate about helping young children grow into confident, curious, and caring learners. With nearly 20 years of experience as a Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grade teacher in the Bellevue School District, I’ve seen firsthand how important early childhood education is in setting the stage for a child’s lifelong love of learning. I focus on Social Emotional Learning and an emphasis on outdoor play and learning time. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience into my own preschool program—one that blends social-emotional development with outdoor exploration and hands-on learning. My goal is to help your child build the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive in kindergarten and beyond. At the heart of my teaching philosophy is the belief that children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. Through play, nature, and intentional teaching, I create a nurturing environment where each child can grow at their own pace while building confidence, independence, and school readiness. Let’s give your child the joyful start they deserve!
