I have been visiting the Trifecta Light Center since January - not for weight loss but for general overall improvement to my health. Each session has been extremely pleasant, and the location is easy to get to. The staff is helpful in answering any questions. My visits have been helpful with incorporating this new experience into my wellness goals. Check them out!
